Terms of Service

Palmsaga is a product of Lynkx LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Palmsaga you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Palmsaga generates AI-written palm readings from photographs you upload. The readings are entertainment and self-reflection content. Palmistry is a traditional cultural practice, not a science. Nothing we produce is a prediction, a diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind. See our entertainment disclaimer.

You must be 18 or older to use Palmsaga.

You may only upload photographs of your own hands, or hands you have permission to photograph and submit. Do not upload images of anyone else without their consent, and do not upload anything unlawful.

You keep all rights in your photographs. You grant us a strictly limited permission to process them for the sole purpose of generating your reading. That permission ends when the reading is generated, at which point the images are discarded.

Your reading is generated in full before you are asked to pay. You see a free preview first; payment unlocks the remainder of a report that already exists. This means a successful payment cannot result in an undelivered reading.

The Full Reading is $9. The Deep Reading is $19. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details.

Access is granted only after your payment provider confirms payment to our server. If confirmation is delayed, your reading unlocks automatically as soon as it arrives — keep your link.

The name shown on your bank or card statement is the registered name of the entity that collected the payment, which may differ from Palmsaga. Both are listed on our contact page.

Our full refund and cancellation policy sets out exactly when we refund. In summary: because the full reading is delivered instantly on payment, purchases are generally final. If the service fails to unlock your reading after a successful payment, or you were charged more than once, contact support@palmsaga.com with your reading link and we will refund you. We do not offer refunds because you disagreed with the content of a reading — it is entertainment, and by definition subjective.

Readings are temporary. An unpaid reading expires after 24 hours; a paid reading expires 30 days after unlocking unless you download it. We recommend downloading anything you want to keep. We are not liable for a reading that has expired or that you deleted.

We provide the service “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent rate limits or payment, or access readings that are not yours. We may block access for abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operating entity named above is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Palmsaga. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the reading in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Do not use a palm reading to make medical, financial, legal, or other significant decisions.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you make a purchase.
