Refund & cancellation policy

Palmsaga sells a single digital product: one AI-written palm reading, delivered instantly. The Full Reading is $9 and the Deep Reading is $19. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no account.

Your reading is generated in full before you are asked for payment. You read a free preview — your palm archetype, key observations, a personality summary and how your two hands compare — and only then decide whether to unlock the rest. Payment opens a report that already exists.

This means there is no cancellation window to speak of: nothing is pending, nothing is scheduled, and delivery is immediate. If the analysis fails, you are never taken to checkout and never charged.

We refund in full, without argument, in any of these cases:

• You paid and your reading did not unlock, and we could not unlock it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• You were charged an amount other than the price shown at checkout.
• You paid for the Deep Reading and received only the Full Reading.
• A technical fault on our side made your paid reading unreadable or inaccessible.

Write to support@palmsaga.com with your reading link and the payment reference. We do not need you to explain yourself for any of the above.

We do not refund because you disagreed with the content of a reading. Palmsaga is entertainment and self-reflection content, and its interpretations are subjective by definition — that is stated plainly before you pay, on the entertainment disclaimer and throughout the product.

We also cannot refund a reading you deleted yourself, because deletion is permanent and we retain no copy to review.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.

Refunding a reading does not revoke your access to it. If we have already delivered the report, you keep it — we would rather you had both the reading and your money than argue about a $9 purchase.

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — a mismatch between our brand name and our registered name on your statement is the usual explanation, and we can resolve it the same day. Our statement descriptors are listed on the contact page.
